ValorShield

The ONLY rugged protective solution developed to safeguard high-value air sampling systems during construction and operation within data centers

Already deployed in the largest data centers in America. Patent Pending 2025

Protect $14,000 Air Sampling Systems from $0.14 Accidents

Works with any air-sampling systems (e.g., VESDA), and detection panels common on Honeywell/Notifier sites

Tested And Proven in the field

Already deployed across large-scale US data-center projects. Trusted by contractors, GCs, and safety leads nationwide.

Built for heavy-duty protection

Powder-coated, heavy-duty steel engineered to withstand vibration and impact in harsh environments from scissor lifts, carts, and construction equipment.

Unistrut-Mounted. Simple Installation

Secures directly to unistrut channels behind the panel for a rigid, low-profile install. Compatible with any detector and designed with national fire/suppression partners.

Service-first design

Open frame preserves airflow and easy access for maintenance. Used during construction and as a permanent installation because every air sampling system failure means downtime, liability, and expensive replacements.

High-value, low-cost solution

The ValorShield helps to avoid costly replacements, downtime, and service disruptions by preserving mission-critical infrastructure at a fraction of the cost.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is ValorShield?

ValorShield is a durable, steel protective enclosure designed to safeguard air sampling and detection units in mission-critical facilities such as data centers. Built from 12-gauge steel and powder-coated for long life, it protects sensitive equipment from accidental impact, unauthorized tampering, and environmental hazards.

Who uses ValorShield?

Our product is trusted by contractors, facility operators, and fire-protection professionals in mission-critical industries. Typical applications include data centers, commercial buildings, and high-security facilities where uptime and safety are paramount.

How is ValorShield different from generic covers or cages?

ValorShield is engineered for mission-critical environments. It features heavy-duty 12-gauge steel construction, a hinged front cover for easy service access, customizable logo branding, and precise fitment for specific air-sampling unit models. Unlike off-the-shelf cages, it’s purpose-built for protection without interfering with device performance.

What sizes are available?

ValorShield is designed to fit various air-sampling unit models. Each unit is engineered to stand 1” past the sampling device and can be mounted to strut configurations or walls. Custom sizing is also available on request.

Can ValorShield be customized?

Yes. The cover is powder-coated black as standard, but it can be custom-coated in different colors. In addition, we can apply your company’s logo or facility branding directly to the cover for a professional, branded look.

What materials are used?

ValorShield is made from U.S.-sourced 12-gauge steel, precision laser-cut, formed on Accurpress brakes, and finished with a powder-coated surface for durability.

Is ValorShield easy to install? Do you provide installation support?

Yes. ValorShield is designed with mounting points that align with standard strut and wall configurations. Installation requires only basic tools, and most units can be mounted in under 30 minutes. We offer detailed installation guides with each order and can provide technical support if needed. For large projects, on-site installation assistance may be arranged.

Does it interfere with air sampling performance?

No. ValorShield is engineered with the proper clearance to ensure airflow is not obstructed and the device performs as intended.

How is maintenance performed?

The hinged cover allows for quick, tool-accessible service. Simply unlock and swing open the cover to reach the air-sampling unit for testing or servicing.

Is ValorShield UL or ETL listed?

ValorShield is fabricated from materials and finishes that are UL-recognized, and we are currently pursuing additional UL/ETL certifications for specific models to support fire-protection applications.

Does ValorShield affect NFPA or code compliance?

No. ValorShield is designed to protect equipment while maintaining compliance with applicable NFPA fire codes and manufacturer requirements.
